How do I know the shoes will fit?   

Kids feet are growing all of the time, so it is important to know what size to order.  We recommend that you print out this sizing chart and physically measure your children’s feet before you place the order.   Click the size chart below to download the measuring instructions and the printable sizing chart.

Based on customer feedback, the shoes are running fairly true to size.  But if the child is in between sizes, we recommend you order the next size up.

What if I need to return the shoes?

Don’t worry!  You can return the shoes/products are not worn, soiled, or damaged for a full refund.   Just send us an email or give us a call to receive your Return Authorization number (RA#).  If you are exchanging the products, we will pay the cost of shipping the new replacement products back to you. We want to keep you happy, so if there is an issue, just let us know.

Do you ship outside the US ?

Our shopping cart is set up to ship to the US and Canada (for the rates listed in shopping cart checkout process.) If you want products shipped outside of the US and Canada, then please email us so we can process the order.

Are the gizmos waterproof?

Yes, the manufactured gizmos are completely waterproof. They are printed with special inks on vinyl and then coated with a protective layer. However, the U-Design-It gizmos you make yourself, such as the bottlecap art and Make It With Markers, are not waterproof. So be sure to not wear your hand-made U-Design-It gizmos in the rain or wet grass.

How do I clean the ShuGizmo hats, bands and shoes?

Never put your ShuGizmo apparel and accessories in the washer or immerse them in water. Hand wash hand wash with a mild detergent (nothing works quite like old-fashioned Ivory soap or Woolite) and cold water. Allow the shoes to air dry after washing, and do not put them in the dryer.

Can I buy the ShuGizmo products at a store near me?

At this time, ShuGizmo products are only available online. But we are taking orders from retailers/stores. If you are a retailer or distributor, or if you have a store neat to you that you would like to carry ShuGizmo products, please contact us via email.
